Одуванчик лекарственный. Часть 1. Компонентный состав

Аннотация

Одуванчик лекарственный содержит в своем составе углеводы, горечи, терпены, фенольные соединения, стеролы и некоторые другие биологически активные вещества. Одуванчика лекарственного корни включены в Государственную фармакопею Республики Беларусь и стандартизуются по сумме фенолкарбоновых кислот с пересчетом на кофейную кислоту, их содержание должно составлять не менее 0,3%. Нами установлено, что преобладающей гидроксикоричной кислотой в корнях, цветках и листьях изучаемого растения является хлорогеновая кислота, относительное содержание которой колеблется от 22% до 58%, и с ней связывают гипогликемическое действие одуванчика лекарственного. Суммарное содержание гидроксикоричных кислот в корнях составило 0,26±0,045%; в цветках - 0,37±0,062% и листьях - 0,59±0,083%. Суммарное содержание флавоноидов в цветках и листьях составило 0,57±0,023% и 0,18±0,010% соответственно.
