Витамин Д в ревматологии: современное состояние и перспективы применения

Аннотация

Подробно рассмотрены литературные данные последних лет по статусу витамина Д у пациентов с хронической ревматической патологией: ревматоидный артрит, в том числе ювенильный ревматоидный артрит, системная красная волчанка, системный склероз, поражение легких при заболеваниях соединительной ткани, спондилоартриты, фибромиалгия, остеоартрит. Приведены сведения о выявленной ассоциации дефицитарного состояния по витамину Д с клиническими проявлениями, иммунологическими маркерами, активностью ревматических заболеваний, развитием осложнений и прогнозом при данной патологии. Рассмотрены опубликованные рекомендации по сапплементации витамином Д и данные об ее эффективности у отдельных категорий пациентов с указанием рекомендуемых целевых уровней для достижения костных и плейотропных эффектов витамина Д и соответствующих суточных доз.
