Саркопения: диагностика, профилактика, лечение

Саркопения – прогрессирующее генерализованное заболевание скелетных мышц, связанное с повышенной вероятностью неблагоприятных исходов, включая падения, переломы, ограничение физических возможностей и смертность. Саркопения признана одной из основных проблем общественного здравоохранения из-за значительных клинических, экономических и социальных последствий. В статье описаны фенотипы саркопении, представлены современные рекомендации по методам диагностики, профилактики и лечения саркопении.
