Терапия атопического дерматита у детей: реалии и перспективы

Аннотация

В статье представлены современные подходы к ведению пациентов с атопическим дерматитом: обучение, диетотерапия, использование эмоллиентов, местная противовоспалительная терапия, лекарственные средства для системного лечения и биологические агенты. Также приведены предлагаемые в мире альтернативные и дополнительные средства улучшения контроля за атопическим дерматитом: влажные обертывания, ванны с раствором отбеливателя, специальная одежда.
